KUMUDRA YOGA - Carole Buchanan, RYT 200

My name is Carole Buchanan
 I am a Yoga Alliance
200 hr Certified and Registered
Yoga Teacher
500 hr Certified, Registration in process

I have been in love with yoga ever since I started thirteen years  ago.
I have stayed under the Hatha Yoga umbrella not wanting to limit myself;
 to stay open to and explore all forms of yoga. My favorite is Vinyasa Yoga.

I am experienced in Meditation, Relaxation, Asanas (Poses or Postures),
Pranayama (Breath Work), Mood Management, and Guided Imagery,
and offer private and group lessons in your home or place of business, as well as
teaching at a local yoga studio and a local fitness center.
